10:9. തന്റെ മുമ്പിലും പിമ്പിലും പടനിരന്നിരിക്കുന്നു എന്നു കണ്ടപ്പോൾ യോവാബ് യിസ്രായേലിന്റെ സകലവീരന്മാരിൽനിന്നും ഒരു കൂട്ടത്തെ തിരഞ്ഞെടുത്തു അരാമ്യരുടെ നേരെ അണിനിരത്തി.

10:9. When Joab saw that the battle would be fought on two fronts, he chose some of Israel's best men and deployed them against the Arameans.
